We would like to say thank you for all the participants who came to our Dynamic Duo – Analysis of Protein and Fat in Food Open House at our Office.
Our team have given a thorough presentations about why Protein and Fat analysis needed and the factors that could affect the efficiency of the analysis.
We had a great discussion and sharing session, including tips and experiences between participants on how to optimize the protein and fat analysis process in their laboratories.
Not only in theory, we also showcased our FOSS Units related to the topics. The Kjeltec 9 Analyser and Digestion System which helps to do Protein analysis, and Soxtec™ 8000 for Fat Extraction analysis.
Our biggest hope that this event could help enlighten our customers and help them establish an efficient and optimum outcome in their analysis.
