Introduction

PT Haes Brothers has opened our doors for public to showcase our robust FTIR solution for liquid dairy product analysis, MilkoScan FT2. In this event, customers will have an in-depth information on MilkoScan FT2 and how it is applied to your laboratory.

You will also have the opportunity to try it out first hand. We welcome you to bring your own samples.

At a Glance

MilkoScan FT2 is a milk analyser with FT-IR technology that can analyse multiple parameters in dairy products. Available standard calibration:

  1. Milk – Fat, Protein, Fat, Protein, Lactose, Total Solid, Solid non Fat, Freezing Point Depression, Total Acidity, Density, Citric Acid, Free Fatty Acid, Urea and Casein
  2. Cream – Fat, Protein, Lactose, Total Solid, Solid non Fat.
  3. Concentrated Milk – Fat, Total Solid, Solid non Fat
  4. Liquid Whey – Fat, Protein, Lactose, Total Solid
  5. Infant Formula Calibrations – Fat, Total Solid, Solid non Fat
