Haes Brothers had an amazing time hosting “Sapi Sehat Produktivitas Meningkat.” This event was all about unlocking the “hidden messages” behind cow health to help farmers boost milk production, level up food safety, and maximize economic value.

The event focused deeply on the Three Core Quality Parameters:

• Antibiotic Residues: Keeping consumers safe and avoiding rejected milk.
• Total Bacteria (TPC): Nailing the hygiene standards that add value to dairy products.
• Somatic Cell Count (SCC): Catching high SCC early to protect the whole herd’s milk volume.

• Government policies for boosting national fresh milk volume with Dr. Hary Suhada, S.Pt., MSc. (Ministry of Agriculture RI).
• Pro-tips on mastering mastitis control for healthier herds with Prof. Dr. Ir. Epi Taufik (IPB University).
• The economic power of early bacterial detection with Mr. Rik Rik Mokhamad Rikzy (PT Frisian Flag Indonesia).

Attendees also participated in free, live milk testing sessions using FOSS’s cutting-edge technology, analyzing critical parameters such as Antibiotic Residues, Total Plate Count (TPC), and Somatic Cell Count (SCC).

Participants brought in their own fresh milk samples and got to test them for FREE. Everyone got to see FOSS technology work its magic—counting Somatic Cells and Bacteria in under 10 minutes and screening for antibiotic residues on the spot.
