Quality Heating
Our chamber furnace promises very high temperature uniformity inside the chamber. Two Powerful SiC-rod heating elements mounted in two sides of the furnace providing very fast heating times. They are controlled by solid state relays which allows for very precise temperature control and is wear-free and noiseless. Insulation is made of high-grade ceramic fiber with low thermal mass. The furnace bottom is insulated well with wear-resistance fire brick.
High Mechanical Resistance
The furnace is equipped with double wall housing with rear-ventilation to ensure low outer-casing temperatures. For added safety, the parallel guided door is designed to move upwards with hot insulation to the rear, away from the operator. The door is made of strong fire bricks to protect insulation from mechanical damages.
