A free-standing furnace with highest operation standard on precision and comfort with lower power rating. High grade heating elements made of Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi2)  mounted in two sides with additional heating from the rear wall. They are controlled by thyristors which allows for very precise temperature control and is wear-free and noiseless. Insulation is made of high-grade aluminum oxide fiber with low thermal mass for very fast heating and cooling. The furnace bottom is insulated well with wear-resistance fire brick. Coming in volumes of 16-70 liters, this furnace sizes up according to your needs. It also boasts sophisticated process control systems.

The furnace is equipped with double wall housing with rear-ventilation to ensure low outer-casing temperatures. Outer casing is made of strong and sleek framework construction while its inner casing and front is made of stainless steel. For added safety, the parallel guided door is designed to move upwards with hot insulation to the rear, away from the operator. The door is made of strong fire bricks to protect insulation from mechanical damages. Its exhaust pipe is in the furnace ceiling.

Each Model is available with max temperatures 1750°C  and  1800°C  with only slight differences in power and dimensions. Refer to Literature for more
