Quality Heating
Our chamber furnace promises very high temperature uniformity inside the chamber. Powerful heating elements in both sides provide fast heating rates. They are controlled by solid state relays which allows for very precise temperature control and is wear-free and noiseless. Furthermore, their location on ceramic supporting tubes, in front of the insulation, allows for free heat radiation.
Durable and Resilient
The furnace is equipped with double wall housing with rear-ventilation to ensure low outer-casing temperatures. For added safety, the parallel guided door is designed to move upwards with hot insulation to the rear, away from the operator. It is made of strong fire bricks and the furnace bottom is insulated well with wear-resistance fire brick. Insulation is made of high-grade ceramic fiber with low thermal mass.
