Our chamber furnace promises very high temperature uniformity inside the chamber.  Powerful heating elements in both sides provide fast heating rates. They are controlled by solid state relays which allows for very precise temperature control and is wear-free and noiseless. Furthermore, their location on ceramic supporting tubes, in front of the insulation, allows for free heat radiation.

The furnace is equipped with double wall housing with rear-ventilation to ensure low outer-casing temperatures.

For added safety, the KLS 07/11/M has a parallel guided door is designed to move upwards with hot insulation to the rear, away from the operator. Insulation is made of high-grade ceramic fiber with low thermal mass and collar is composed of fire bricks to ensure high wear resistance against mechanical stress.

KLS 05/13/M optimizes a large swing door for maintenance and closure brick for muffle. It has multilayer insulation made of high grade fibre and strong fire brick.

Equipped with integrated ceramic muffle, the chamber furnace boasts high mechanical and chemical resistance. It is specially designed and recommended for ambitious laboratory application with aggressive waste gases such as assay of precious metals or ashing of organic substances.

Each Model is available with max temperatures 1200 °C and 1300 °C with only slight differences in power. Refer to Literature for more
