Our laboratory works now frequently become a bottleneck from decision making whether it’s to accept, to release or even to reject something.   However, we always hear people say that when we do anything faster or quicker, we tend to make more errors and mistakes.   As a result, things are not as reliable as it should be.  Is this is pre-conception still valid today?
