General Purpose Oven
General purpose oven has a wide variety of sizes from small to large 28 cu. ft. The largest size from the family is the largest general purpose oven on the market. These units are perfect for high volume sample processing and drying applications including production processes.

Air Recirculating Chamber Furnace
Both models in the ARF range have a chamber fitted with a robust stainless steel liner enabling bulky loads to be treated. Optimum heat transfer reduced heating times and maximum temperature uniformity is provided by a fan which circulates the air within the chamber. A type ‘K’ thermocouple is incorporated for maximum life and stability. This range of furnaces is particularly suitable for a wide range of low temperature heat treatment applications, such as:
- Stress relieving
- Melting low temperature alloys
- Thermal aging
- Annealing
- Tempering

General Purpose Incubator

Automatic Heat Decontamination CO2 Incubator
Decontamination is easier than ever. The Model 3552 is the latest addition to SHEL LAB 3500 series of CO2 Incubators. Featuring a dry, high heat decontamination cycle, the 3552 has the ability to maintain 180ºC for 120 minutes without having to remove or handle the IR Sensor! The automatic cycle is activated via a two step process to prevent it from being started accidentally. As a part of our total decontamination solution, a copper coated HEPA filter is used to capture airborne particulates, stopping microbes before they have an opportunity to reproduce. |

BACTRON Anaerobic Chamber
Patented BACTRON anaerobic/environmental systems allow efficient and dexterous glove-free handling and inspection of samples. Comfortable arm cuffs, which are available in three sizes, fit snugly around the users forearm. The convenient foot pedals are used to evacuate oxygen and add anaerobic gas to the sleeves while the airlock auto-cycle facilitates oxygen- free transfer of samples and supplies in the chamber. Indicator lights will signal that the air-lock is anaerobic and ready to be opened into the chamber. Simply open arm port doors and place on the convenient shelf or racks for out-of-the-way storage. Samples and supplies can then be brought into the chamber with ease from the sliding airlock shelf. |

Microprocessor Controlled Water Baths
The digital set/digital read temperature controller maximizes rapid heat-up. A microprocessor achieves precise temperature control regardless of how the unit is loaded. Calibration is performed directly from the control panel. An important safety “extra” on all our high-performance models is a back-up temperature controller. Should the main circuit fail, samples remain protected. |
