Veratox for Histamine is a CD-ELISA that allows testers to obtain exact concentrations in ppm. The test is read in a microwell reader to yield optical densities. The control optical densities of 0, 5, 10, 20 and 50 ppm are used to form the standard curve, and the sample optical densities are plotted against the curve to calculate the exact concentration of histamine.
